Good design of everyday items makes our daily lives
easier.
An example of this is the Drop dish drainer. With an innovative, compact
design, but with a large storage capacity, it can hold eight glasses, twelve
plates, twelve knives and numerous pieces of cutlery, all placed in an
organized way.
The Drop dish drainer, designed by Hector Diego and produced by Don Hierro, has been awarded with the 2019- 2020 Good Design Award, the most prestigious award in the United States, granted by the Chicago Museum of Architecture and Design in the category of home accessories. Founded in Chicago in 1950, Good Design remains the oldest and most recognized design excellence program in the world.
