The dish drainer DROP manufactured by DON HIERRO and designed by Héctor Diego, has been awarded with the Good Design Award 2019-2020.
Among Design prizes, it is one the most prestigious on the EE.UU and recognized globally. Given by the Architecture and Design Chicago Museum, in this case in the Household category.
This year, the Museum received a record number of presentations from the world’s leading manufacturers and industrial design companies. The 69th jury of GOOD DESIGN met in Los Angeles and New York and selected designs from more than 47 countries.
The GOOD DESIGN Award values Excellence in the design of this product.
GOOD DESIGN is the oldest and most prestigious Award Program. It honours industry leaders and designers that have pushed the envelope, innovating and driving competitive products in the global market.
The product becomes part of the Museum digital permanent collection.
